Soma Bhattacharya
At Manoday, our story is about nourishing your desires for a better life. Our “whole-person” approach combines holistic strategies based on the science of Yogic and Vedic wisdom, combined with evidence-based Holistic Psychotherapies, tailored to address a host of mental, emotional & lifestyle challenges. We provide both in-person and online sessions.
Our work spanning a decade, has included wellness strategies for seniors citizens, professionals, parents, school & college students, as well as for cases of special needs, substance use and women at risk. Ultimately our aim is to revive ancient knowledge systems in mind-body management for individuals, families and communities.
Manoday was started by Soma Bhattacharya.
From a media career, she transitioned into social work & rehabilitation to find her “calling”.
An alumnus of Presidency College, Soma holds an MSc in Vedic & Yogic Sciences (SVYASA, Bangalore)

NLP practitioners program
PG Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Stress Management & Creative Movement Psychotherapy
Clinical counseling certification & a PGD in Social Development from Erasmus, Rotterdam.
